# 02 — Exemplul de aur: „Câți ani îmi dați?” (Silvestru, 30 sept. 2026)

This is the video that set the standard (`vraci 4 dimineata.mp4`, 51 s). Copy its level of detail.
Persona: Silvestru, a Romanian village herbalist (see `fisa-silvestru.md`). Product: the ebook „Elixirul tinereții”; the lead magnet is its first chapter, free.

## Step 1 — Hook chosen
- First-second action: extreme close-up, cold water splashed on his face from an enamel washbasin, drops flying toward the lens.
- Spoken: „Câți ani îmi dați? Toată lumea mă întreabă de ce nu îmbătrânesc.”
- On-screen: CÂȚI ANI ÎI DAȚI?
- Why it works: a question about him = people comment their guess = reach. The splash stops the scroll before a word is said.

## Step 3 — Brief pasted into Flow Agent (attachments: the character „Silvestru 03” + the title-only cover image)

Place B (clips 1, 2, 3): the yard behind the same village house: whitewashed house wall, grey wooden plank fence, a patch of peppermint, an old walnut tree, an old enamel washbasin on a wooden stool, early morning sun, dew on the grass.

Clip 1 (B) HOOK. Frame 1: extreme close-up, he is already bent over the enamel washbasin and throws two handfuls of cold water on his face; water splashes toward the lens, drops fly in the sunlight. He straightens up, water dripping from his white beard, pushes his wet white hair back with one hand, steps close to the camera and looks straight into the lens with a half-smile. His shirt stays mostly dry.

Clip 2 (B). Frame 1: close-up of his bare feet stepping into wet grass full of dew, then the camera tilts up to his face in the morning sun; he walks slowly along the fence, talking to the camera, eyes half closed in the light.
„Unu: înainte de cafea, ies zece minute desculț prin iarbă, la lumină.”

Clip 3 (B). Frame 1: his hand rips a bunch of fresh peppermint from the patch, close to the lens. He crouches, crushes a few leaves between his fingers and brings them toward the camera as if the viewer could smell them. Peppermint only: no lemon, no fruit, no other plants in his hands.
„Doi: ceaiul mi-l culeg singur. O mână de mentă, apă fierbinte, zece minute.”

Clip 4 (A). Frame 1: close-up, he cracks a whole walnut in one fist with a loud crack, shell pieces fall on the oilcloth. Then at the small gas stove he drops the walnut pieces and apple cubes into a small pot of oat porridge and stirs; steam rises.
„Trei: ovăz fiert în lapte, cu măr și o nucă spartă cu mâna mea.”

Clip 5 (A). Frame 1: he puts the steaming bowl down on the table with a firm knock, sits, leans toward the camera and raises one finger, lowering his voice as if telling a secret, then eats one spoonful calmly.
„Și cel mai important, ce nu face nimeni: nu mănânc niciodată în picioare.”

Clip 6 (A) call to action. Frame 1: he turns a tablet toward the camera; the screen shows the attached book cover full screen, readable and steady for at least 3 seconds, then he lowers it and smiles warmly. It is an ebook on a tablet, not a printed book.

What the Flow agent did: it wrote 6 prompts but SHORTENED the place and wardrobe descriptions (e.g. "Kitchen setting: white walls, old fridge"). That is normal. Message 2 fixes it.

## Step 4 — Message 2 (sent after the agent showed its prompts)

Result: all 6 clips correct on the first try. Same face in all 6, words spoken correctly, the cover readable on the tablet, no lemons.

## What we learned (the rules come from here)
- Whole clips of 10 s: Flow often starts with 3–4 s of silent action. Do not regenerate for that; speed it up 2× in the edit.
- A persona made from ONE strong photo kept the same face in all 6 clips, across 2 places.
- A title-only cover as the attachment = readable screen. A cover with small print = garbled letters.
- "Lemon balm" gave lemons in an earlier test. Always name the exact plant and forbid the look-alikes.
- Lines over 15 words ran past 7 s. Keep them to 13.
- Download each clip at 1080p (Flow upscales, a few minutes each).
