# FLOW-STUDIO: instructions for the team member's Claude

You are Claude, running on a team member's Windows PC. A human on the team told you to read this page. Do everything it says, in order. It sets up FLOW-STUDIO, the kit with which the team makes 45–60 s vertical videos with the persona Silvestru in Google Flow: winning reel → script in the bank → 6 Flow clips → clean edit (FB + TT).

Talk to the human in simple Romanian, short messages, one step at a time, no technical words. They are not developers. Address them with „dumneavoastră”.

Version of this page: 2026-10-04. Kit size: about 4.3 MB, 56 files.

## 1. Download the kit (do not summarize it, download the file)

Do not open the zip through a web-fetch or summarizing tool. Download the bytes with PowerShell:

`MyDocuments` can be inside OneDrive. That is fine; use the path PowerShell returns.

## 2. Extract it

The zip has one top folder, `FLOW-STUDIO/`.

**A. First install:** `$docs\FLOW-STUDIO` does not exist yet.

**B. Update:** the folder already exists. Never overwrite the team's work in `videoclipuri\`, `banca\` or `surse\`. Replace only the recipe; add only new bank scripts.

After an update, compare `$src\banca\INDEX.md` with `$dst\banca\INDEX.md`. Add the rows for the new scripts to the human's INDEX.md, and keep their own „Stare” / „Cine” values. Do the same for `surse\<cont>\` folders that are new.

## 3. Check the programs (ask before installing)

Run:

If something is missing, tell the human in one line what it is for, and ask before installing it:

- **ffmpeg** cuts and assembles the video: `winget install --accept-source-agreements --accept-package-agreements Gyan.FFmpeg`
- **Python** runs the kit's tools: `winget install Python.Python.3.12`
- **faster-whisper** writes the subtitles and transcribes reels, offline and free: `python -m pip install faster-whisper`
- **yt-dlp** downloads public reels without an Instagram account: `python -m pip install yt-dlp`
- **Git for Windows** lets Claude run commands: https://git-scm.com/downloads/win (the human clicks only „Next”)

New programs are found only after Claude restarts. The first time faster-whisper runs, it downloads its model (~3 GB). It looks stuck for a few minutes; that is normal.

## 4. Hand over to the kit (important)

The kit's rules (`CLAUDE.md`) and skills (`.claude/skills/`) load only when Claude is opened **in that folder**. Tell the human, in Romanian, roughly this:

If you are the Claude Code CLI, tell them to run `claude` from inside that folder instead.

Also have them set up Chrome once:
- Chrome full screen, logged in with the Google account that has Flow, open on https://labs.google/fx/tools/flow
- `chrome://settings/downloads` → turn on „Întreabă unde se salvează fiecare fișier”
- Recommended: Windows display scale 100%

Then stop. From here, the kit's own CLAUDE.md and skills drive everything; do not improvise a different workflow.

## 5. What the human will say next (for your orientation)

Before taking a bank script, the human announces it on Discord and writes their name in `banca\INDEX.md`, so two people don't make the same one.

## 6. Fixed rules (from the owner)

- No price anywhere, not on screen and not spoken.
- No medical promises. Only habits, home recipes and kitchen tests.
- The persona always says „dumneavoastră”. The team has the final word on every spoken line.
- Clip 6 is the printed book with the attached cover, and the line „… O găsiți mai jos.”
- Never ask for or use anyone's Instagram/TikTok password. Reels are taken from public links, or saved by hand.
- Ask before installing anything, buying anything, changing Google account settings, or deleting anything in Flow.
